QUALITY ASSESSMENT AND DEVELOPMENT

1. Assessment of Program Learning Outcome

The learning achievement of study program (PLO) is an ideal graduate profile that is expected to be owned by every student who has completed the entire educational process in the Education Study Program and the medical profession, Medical Faculty, Unhas. PLO is a derivative of the vision and mission of the Medical Faculty, Unhas which is adapted to the job position demand. The faculty PLO evaluation process is carried out by involving various parties such as alumni, alumni users, and related institutions. Quantitative evaluation is conducted through a questionnaire every year to alumni users. While qualitatively, it is carried out through alumni meetings which are regularly held every 2 years, discussions with stakeholders, and related institutions. This meeting became an opportunity to get feedback from them regarding the quality of graduates, curriculum, and the latest conditions related to the needs of the world of work. The results will be formulated, along with an evaluation of the curriculum in accordance with the vision and mission of the Medical Faculty which is also in line with the vision and mission of the Faculty and the University.

The results of the formulation of the evaluation will be taken into consideration by the faculties, study programs, and quality assurance in making decisions to improve PLO in terms of curriculum, facilities, infrastructure, and others.

2. Assessment of Intended Learning Outcome and Course Learning Outcome

Based on these graphics below, almost all ILOs have achieved very satisfactory predicate except for two ILOs, those are K1 and S2 which received only satisfactory predicate (Appendix 6.1.1.5). The data was obtained based on the number of students who managed to get satisfactory and very satisfactory scores in each CPMK and ILO.  The next data is the achievement of the GPA based on the ILO. The data is obtained from the GPA of all students which is adjusted to the ILO which is charged for each course. The table shows that all ILO have achieved satisfactory figures. In fact, several ILOs, such as A1, A3, K2, S4, C1, C2, and C3 managed to achieve a very satisfactory predicate.
